Black Currant
The berries are exceptionally rich in Vitamin C. Also contain gamma-linolenic acid which is important for regulating hormones.
Honey
Enzymes found in honey assist in recovery. Honey used in Alfa Aktiv is obtained from bees that live in a wildlife sanctuary. In order to preserve the enzymes, it is important that natural honey is not heated above 30°C throughout the manufacturing process.
